2. Over the Summer
A. Mark your calendar for Registration Day and 6th Grade Bridge Day - July 26 and 27
PCMS will host a 6th Grade Registration on Thursday July 26, and a 6th Grade Bridge Day on July 27. Parents should attend Registration Day, but Bridge Day is for students only to become familiar with the layout of the school and get to know their classmates. Bridge Day usually lasts from 8 am - noon. Parents should plan on attending the last 10 minutes for a recap of the day. For more information, and to register for Bridge Day, click here.
There is a seventh and eighth grader registration day the week before school begins. The date will be posted once it is announced.
Registration will open in June or July on this website so you can pay fees online and avoid payment lines at registration. However, you still need to plan on attending registration day, as this is the day you provide proof of residency and other important information to the school. Student schedules are also handed out on registration day.
B. Summer Homework
All PCMS students (rising 6th graders through 8th graders) have summer homework assignments, which will be posted on this website towards the end of the school year.
