 CV Classic Sponsorship Opportunities

 Peachtree Middle School needs your partnership to make our Annual CV Classic 5K Road Race the best! As the home of Dunwoody’s best and brightest middle schoolers, Peachtree is excited to use this race to raise awareness of and promote cardiovascular (CV) health and well-being for our students and community. Proceeds from the CV Classic will support the Peachtree Whole Child Wellness initiative. 

 

Sponsorship Benefits Summary

This year our goal is to increase the number of race registrants beyond 800. With your help as a sponsor, we believe we can do it! There are over 1,500 students at PCMS, so your brand will be promoted continuously to the students, their families, and the community surrounding the event!

 

As a sponsor your company can receive:

  • Your company featured on the official 2023 CV Classic commemorative t-shirts
  • Your company featured on all promotional materials
  • Your company featured on the CV Classic banner to be hung prominently at the school
  • Your company logo featured and url linked on the school website
  • Your company linked from the Peachtree E-News sent to 1,500 recipients each week
  • Your company featured on the weekly CV Classic emails to registrants leading up to the event
  • Your company marketing materials in race bags given to all registrants
  • Select number of race entries based on sponsorship

 

Sponsorship Levels:

  • Title - $3,000 (Already secured by Kaplan Orthodontics) - Includes: Premier placement of your company name and logo on the front of the official 2023 CV Classic commemorative t-shirts, premier placement of your company name and logo on all promotional materials, including the CV Classic school banner, school marquee acknowledgement during peak traffic hours for TWO months prior to race, your company name and logo (linked to your website) on Peachtree website/CV Classic Sponsor page, which is also linked from the Peachtree E-News distributed weekly to 1,500 recipients, your company name and logo (linked to your website) on the special CV Classic email blasts sent weekly to all race registrants leading up to the event, marketing materials in race bags given to all registrants, table/tent at the finish line to promote your business on race day, and six (6) CV Classic race entries.
  • Platinum - $1,500 - Includes: Premier placement of your company name and logo on the back of the official 2023 CV Classic commemorative t-shirts, premium placement of your company name and logo on all promotional materials, including the CV Classic school banner, school marquee acknowledgement during peak traffic hours for ONE month prior to race, your company name and logo (linked to your website) on Peachtree website/CV Classic Sponsor page, which is also linked from the Peachtree E-News distributed weekly to 1,500 recipients, your company name and logo (linked to your website) on the CV Classic email blasts sent weekly to all registrants, marketing materials in race bags given to all registrants, table at the finish line to promote your business on race day, and four (4) CV Classic race entries.
  • Gold - $1,000 - Includes: Secondary placement of your company name and logo on the back of the official 2023 CV Classic commemorative t-shirts, secondary placement of your company name and logo on all promotional materials, including the CV Classic school banner, school marquee acknowledgement during peak traffic hours for two weeks prior to race, your company name and logo (linked to your website) on Peachtree website/CV Classic Sponsor page, which is also linked from the Peachtree E-News distributed weekly to 1,500 recipients, your company name and logo (linked to your website) on the CV Classic email blasts sent weekly to all registrants, marketing materials in race bags given to all registrants, table at the finish line to promote your business on race day, and four (4) CV Classic race entries.
  • Silver - $500 - Includes: Your company name and logo on the back of the official 2023 CV Classic commemorative t-shirts, all promotional materials, and the school banner, your company name and logo (linked to your website) on Peachtree website/CV Classic Sponsor page, which is also linked from the Peachtree E-News distributed weekly to 1,500 recipients, your company name and logo (linked to your website) on the CV Classic email blasts sent weekly to all registrants, marketing materials in race bags given to all registrants, table at the finish line to promote your business on race day, and two (2) CV Classic race entries.
  • Blue - $250 - Includes: Your company name listed on the official 2023 CV Classic commemorative t-shirts and promotional materials, your company name listed on Peachtree website/CV Classic sponsor page, which is also linked from the Peachtree E-News distributed weekly to 1,500 recipients, your company name listed on the CV Classic email blasts sent weekly to all registrants, marketing materials in race bags given to all registrants, and one (1) CV Classic race entry.
  • Red - $100 - Includes: Your company name listed on the official 2023 CV Classic commemorative t-shirts and promotional materials, your company name listed on Peachtree website/CV Classic sponsor page, which is also linked to promote all sponsors from the Peachtree E-News distributed weekly to 1,500 recipients, and your company name listed on the CV Classic email blasts sent weekly to all registrants.

 

In-kind donations are greatly appreciated and will be recognized at their appropriate monetary value level.

Ready to sponsor?  Please email <enter email address> to confirm your sponsorship and provide a vectored eps of your logo to be printed on our race day t-shirt and banner (if eligible).   Please make checks payable to Peachtree Foundation CV Classic. Checks can be accepted through August 2023. Peachtree Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non- profit organization. Gifts to the Peachtree Foundation CV Classic are tax deductible to the extent provided by law.
