Upcoming Events:

  • Peachtree Track & Field Begins Thursday, Jan. 18    Practices will be held Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:15 - 5:30. Meet on the track after all busses are called. To practice, you MUST have a Dekalb County physical. (If you competed in a Fall/Winter sport, you CAN use a copy of that physical.) Be sure to dress accordingly based upon the weather and bring water.  Dues for the 2018 season are $160. For more information see Coach Savage (Boys) & Coach Henley (Girls).   • PCMS Girls' soccer tryouts are scheduled for January 23 and 24 (4:30 pm – 6:00 pm).  Check in at 4:15 pm in the PCMS gym.   For questions, contact Eric Goldstein.

  • PCMS Boys' soccer:  Boys' tryouts will be held on January 25 and 26.  Click here to download additional information.  For questions, contact John Callahan.

  • Boys Basketball  Attention all 6th, 7th and 8th grade boys interested in working out for DHS Boys Basketball, there will be program meeting on Monday,  January 22 at 7:30 at the DHS Gym.  Our new community program offers development and competition opportunities year round prior to entering high school.  We'll see you on Monday night at 7:30 at the DHS gym to discuss our spring and summer opportunities.  Contact  CoachDankosky@aol.com for more information.

Boys' VolleyballPeachtree will play its first season of Boys' Volleyball starting in March. Currently, practice is on Saturday afternoons from 4-6pm. We'd love for interested boys in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade to come out and hit with us! Volleyball is a very exciting sport and our team is being coached by a former international volleyball player. Boys BasketballNEW FEEDER PROGRAM for 6th, 7th and 8th Grade Boys - This comprehensive 3 part program is designed to teach boys how to play basketball the right way - the Wildcat Way!  In the fall, boys will work with skilled trainers once a week learning the "Wildcat Way".  Sessions will take place at Kingswood Methodist Church. During the winter, boys selected will practice one day a week and play on Saturdays in the CCJC league along with other teams in our region. Then, in the spring, we'll offer quality training again once a week.  Only limited spots are available and a tryout might be needed. Girls' SoccerPCMS girls' soccer tryouts are scheduled for January 23 and 24 (4:30 pm  – 6:00 pm) check in at 4:15 pm in the PCMS gym.  Tryouts are open for all grades.  Please plan to attend both tryout dates and bring your completed player information form to tryouts.  For the require medical form, click here.  For all other questions, contact Eric Goldstein.

Football -  Fall practice days are Monday-Friday 4 pm - 6 pm with games played on Saturdays only.  Parents are welcome to assist with the team and will be used where needed.  For more information, visit the Patriots Football website or contact Head Coach K. Track and Field - There are no tryouts for track. After the winter break, there will be an informational meeting for the students and a parent letter will be sent home. The start date for girls and boys track is January 15, and depending on the weather, workouts will begin at that time. The season will run from January 15th to March.

Medical Clearance to Participate in Athletics

Parents - Students must have a sports physical and submit one of the following athletic consent forms to participate in a PCMS sports program. The form provides your consent and provides a doctor's confirmation that your child is healthy enough to participate in athletics.
